Ambassador hands over his credentials to Queen Elizabeth II.

The Ambassador of the Czech Republic to the Court of St. James´s in London, His Excellency Libor Sečka, on the 2nd March  2016 presented the Letters of Credence to Her Majesty the Queen, Elizabeth II.
 

Ambassador L. Sečka, accompanied by the Marshal of the Diplomatic corps in London, his wife Mrs Sabrina Sečková and members of the diplomatic staff of the Embassy, began his journey by royal carriage to Buckingham Palace. By the act of passing his credentials to the Queen, Ambassador L. Sečka officially sealed his tenure as the Ambassador of the Czech Republic in London. At the end of the ceremony the Ambassador gave Her Majesty a symbolic gift, wine from the Znovín Znojmo winery that the Queen enjoyed during Her visit to the Czech Republic in 1996.

Subsequently, Ambassador L. Sečka hosted on this occasion a reception for the diplomatic corps.
