Holders of diplomatic, service, official or special passports may contact the Visa Section of the Czech Embassy in advance to find out whether they need a visa. Please send us an email to visa.london@embassy.mzv.cz  and we will respond to you as quickly as we can.

Holders of diplomatic, service, official or special passports can submit their visa application at the Embassy of the Czech Republic in London by appoitment (please email us to receive appointment at visa.london@embassy.mzv.cz).

Please note that you need to submit the following documents for each application when applying for a Schengen visa:

1) If the purpose of the trip is tourism, conference, etc:

2) If purpose of the trip is an official visit:

• • completed visa application form (https://www.mzv.cz/visaform)
  • 1 passport size photograph;
  • valid passport with at least 2 blank visa pages, valid for at least 3 months beyond the return date of the trip to the Schengen Area + copy
  • UK residence permit valid for at least 3 months beyond the return date of the trip to the Schengen Area
  • original official note from the Embassy
  • holders of service passport need to provide also travel insurance valid for the Schengen area.
