How to make an appointment for a short term Schengen Visa (stay up to 90 days)

If you wish to apply for a Schengen visa, you need to book an appointment in advance. Applications can be lodged no more than six months and no later than 15 calendar days before the start of the intended visit.
 

Since January 2016, the Czech Visa Application Centre operated by VFS Global Ltd. is accepting all visa applications for short term Schengen visas from the general public on behalf of the Embassy of the Czech Republic in London.

If you are  travelling for one of the following purposes, please contact the Visa Section of the Embassy of the Czech Republic in London directly to ask for an appointment (visa.london@embassy.mzv.cz).

II. Family member of EU citizens:

Family members of EU citizens can apply via the Visa Application Centre or directly at the Embassy of the Czech Republic in London. In order to apply at the Embassy, please make an appointment by sending an email to visa.london@embassy.mzv.cz

III: Members of Diplomatic missions in the UK, holders of diplomatic, official and service passports:

The above mentioned applicants may lodge their applications at the Visa Section of the Czech Embassy after making an appointment by sending an email to visa.london@embassy.mzv.cz.

Please Note: 

VFS Global Ltd charges a service charge  of EUR 26.20  per visa application in addition to the visa fee payable by all applicants at the Visa Application Centre.
Additional charges may apply according to the selected services.
Appointments can only be made within a 90-days period from the day you register. It can take up to 15 days (in some cases 30 days) to obtain a visa from the time your application form has been lodged. Due to the high demand for Schengen visas it is suggested the appointment is made at least 45 days in advance of your intended date of travel.

Old Street station (Northern Line – Bank branch): Take exit 2 and go down City Road towards Moorgate, take 4th street on the left into Worship Street, take 1st street on the right into Wilson Street, go down to number 66
Moorgate station (Northern Line – Bank branch, Hammersmith and City Line, Circle Line and Metropolitan Line): Take exit 3 (Moorgate east side), turn right into Moorgate, take 1st street on the right into South Place, take 2nd street on the left into Wilson Street, go down to number 66
Liverpool Street station (Central Line, Hammersmith & City Line, Circle Line and Metropolitan Line): Take exit 4 (Broadgate), Go down Eldon Street towards Moorgate, take 2nd street on the right into Wilson Street, go down to number 66
