Czechia chairs the Council of the European Union from July to December 2022, the presidency within the So-called Tria took over from France, and from January this role goes to Sweden.

Ambassador Chatardová summarized the achievements of the Czech presidency, especially with an emphasis on its priority in backing up the security of Russian aggression and energy security. Ambassador Kmulin Granit took over the imaginary baton and presented 6 points of the upcoming Swedish presidency, which will last until June 2023.
