Please, note that due to capacity and technical reasons, most consular services require all applicants to have a previously scheduled appointment.
These appointment-conditioned services include applications for Czech passport, picking up an already issued Czech passport, Czech Firearms Permit, CzechPOINT agenda procedures and applications for certain types of visas and residence permits.

The Consulate General of the Czech Republic in Los Angeles has jurisdiction over the U.S. states of Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming (see the area on the map marked in YELLOW), as well as U.S. unincorporated territories of American Samoa, Guam and Northern Mariana Islands.
