World Premiere of Hollywood Blockbuster The Gray Man

Enjoy beautiful shots of Prague while watching actor Ryan Gosling who wanted to take No. 11 tram to Prague suburb of Bohnice, but on the way somebody opened a fire on him with automatic weapons. The heaviest fighting took place in front of main building of Prague's Faculty of Arts, where someone pulled a really big gun on him. That's how to sum up the trailer for The Gray Man, which was partly filmed in Prague.

The most expensive Netflix production to date premiered in Chinese Theatre in Hollywood on 13 July 2022. Of 200 million USD, roughly 20 per cent (750 million CZK) was spent filming in the Czech Republic. Production has moved to Prague thanks to the incentives to filmmakers offered by the Czech Republic.

Directed by Anthony and Joe Russo, and with Ryan Gosling, Chris Evans, Jessica Henwick, Wagner Moura, Billy Bob Thornton and Alfred Woodard, it has been in works since 2011. Film is set in many places around the world, from Baku to Hong Kong, but Prague is the most featured location, where a significant part of the plot takes place. Agent Lloyd Hansen (Evans) in the thriller is searching for a former American agent (Gosling) who has turned into an uncontrollable killer. The script is based on a book by Mark Greaney.

If you like action packed movie with a lot of explosions and person-to-person combat between Ryan Gosling (good guy - on the left) and Chris Evans (bad guy), this is a film for you.
