Walk-ins for the purpose of visa pick-ups (Employee Cards, Long Term Visa and Permit) and verifications

The Embassy of the Czech Republic informs that from September 14, 2022 it will be possible to pick up a visa - Employee Cards, Long Term Visa and Permit and arrange for a verification without making prior appointment.

Please be advised that effective September 14, 2022, the Consular Section of the Czech Embassy will accept walk-ins transactions following the schedules below:

Tuesdays:          Verification (1:00PM - 3:30PM)

Wednesdays:    Verification (1:00PM – 3:30PM)

Thursdays:        Visa Pickup (9:00AM – 11:30AM, 1:00PM – 3:30PM)

Fridays:              Additional Documents (9:00AM - 11:30 AM)

Please be sure to present any of the valid IDs accepted upon transaction:

1. Passport
2. UMID
3. National ID

Should someone else claim the visa on the applicant's behalf, kindly provide a Special Power of Attorney and present a valid ID together with the required documents as detailed in the decision email.
We encourage you to strictly follow the schedules provided. Otherwise, you will not be accommodated.

Please be advised that the Consular Section of the Czech Embassy in Manila still cannot accomodate any number of the applicants who will come to the Embassy to arrange a visa pick-up or translation verification (in other words we are not able to print 200 visas in one afternoon for example). It is necessary to take this fact into account when planning visa pick-up or translation verification on the side of the visa applicant.

Nonetheless we are introducing walk-ins hoping that it will still be more practical for the applicants who will no longer have to make appointments for visa pick-ups or for verification.
