The work of the Consular Section of the Czech Embassy in Manila is currently limited

Due to the spreading of the new omicron variant of the new coronavirus Covid-19 in Manila the work of the Consular Section of the Czech Embassy in Manila is currently very limited. It will very likely stay limited approximately in the next 10 days.
The Embassy of the Czech Republic in Manila wishes to inform that due to the spread of the new omicron variant of the new coronavirus Covid-19 in Manila, the Consular Section of the Embassy has had to limit its work. Currently we deal only with the emergency cases (Czech nationals in distress situations).
The Embassy also wishes to inform that the Visa Center VFS Global in Manila is closed due to same reason. Due to this approximately in the next two weeks it will not be possible to submit the Schengen visa applications as well as applications for the Employee Cards in the framework of the Economic Migration Programs of the Czech Government.
The Embassy also might not be able to respond immediately to the emails sent to our email address.
