The OSCE's comprehensive concept of security covers three dimensions: 1) the politico-military, 2) the economic and environmental and 3) the human dimension. The scope of activities is very extensive, encompassing, among others, following areas: complex conflict prevention and resolution including post-conflict rehabilitation; military reform and co-operation; arms control; combating terrorism including its financing; policing; cyber security; economic activities including anti-corruption and money laundering; environmental activities including disaster risk reduction, natural resources management and environmental good governance; border management; human rights including fundamental freedoms like freedom of expression, media freedom and safety of the journalists; combating human trafficking; education; gender equality; minority rights, tolerance and non-discrimination; elections – election observation; good governance, Rule of Law etc.
