Report on Belarus introduced

On 5 November 2020, the report commissioned by the 17 OSCE participating States that have launched the Moscow Mechanism on 17 September 2020 with a view to establishing the facts about the electoral and post-electoral situation in Belarus, was introduced by Prof. Wolfgang Benedek at the Permanent Council meeting of the OSCE.The report , which collects evidence of the extensive human rights breaches in Belarus and presents a large number of testimonies of victims of state-ordered violence, contains  over 70  factual recommendations for Belarus, as well as further ones the OSCE participating States and to the international community.
