The essential information for the prospective implementers as well as the Identification Form are attached.

Please remember: 

There is no topical limit to the proposals, however, they should constitute a part of the development priorities of the respective country.

The funds may be allocated to non-political and non-governmental entities only.

The project has to be implemented between March and October 2020.

The Czech financial contribution to the project amounts to 200,000 – 500,000 CZK (approximately 8 500 to 21 500 USD at the current exchange rate) which is to be spent until 31 October 2020 and fully reported to the Embassy (bookkeeping documents will be required). It is possible to combine the SSP contribution with other financial sources.

The project sustainability (i.e. its ability to run in the future without further financial support) is crucial for the evaluation of the project.

Kindly send the soft copy of the application to the following e-mail address: nairobi@embassy.mzv.cz 

It should consist of:

1. the filled-in Identification Form - as a xls (Excel) file 

2. the scan of the printed, signed and stamped Identification Form - as a pdf (Acrobat) file 

3. the registration document of the organization (i.e. the document of its legal standing) - as a pdf (Acrobat) file

4. the document confirming that the author of the proposal is eligible to act on behalf of the organization - as a pdf (Acrobat) file

Kindly also deliver the hard copy of the abovementioned documents to the Czech Embassy in Nairobi (Tende Drive 745, Lavington). Do not send it to P.O. Box of the Embassy. 

The deadline for the submission of both the soft and hard copies was Friday October 25, 2019, 3 p.m. local time. 

Incomplete and late submissions can not be accepted.
