H. E. Mr. Pavel Řezáč, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, handed over his Letter of Credentials to H. E. Hon. Paul Kagame, President of the Republic of Rwanda on January 15th, 2016

The ceremony of handing over of Letters of Credentials took traditionaly place at the State House in Kigali. Four new Ambassadors took part of this ceremony.
