Speaking about the visit Ambassador Hovorka said: "It gave me a great deal of plesure and priviledge to join Ambassador Kozlowski and other EU Member States Ambassadors in reaffirming the EU's support to Bhutan's sustainable development and its ambitious objective of graduating from least developed country status. It was also a good opportunity to demonstrate the interest of the Czech Republic in strengthening and deepening bilateral relations and promoting people-to-people contacts between the two countries  I believe that a Joint Czech Republic/VFS Global Visa Application Centre inaugurated by me during the visit will play an important role along this path."
