Dear Mr. President,

it was with deep sorrow that I learnt about the terrorist attack on the convoy carrying Indian security forces in the State of Jammu and Kashmir which claimed dozens of victims.

I would like to assure you that the Czech Republic strongly condemns this terrorist attack and stands by India´s side in the fight against terrorism in all its forms.

Allow me to express at this difficult moment profound condolences on behalf of the Czech people and on my own behalf to you and to the families of the victims and wish a speedy recovery to all injured.
