Farewell to the Czech Ambassador H.E. Mr. Miloslav Stašek

Diplomatic mandate of H.E. Mr. Miloslav Stašek Ambassador of the Czech Republic accredited to India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bhutan and Maldives has been completed on August 15, 2015.

The official farewell has been organized by the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, on Friday August 14,  2015. Ambassador Miloslav Stašek was received by the Minister of State H.E. Mr. V. K. Singh who expressed sincere thanks for his active engagement in deepening of the mutual relations between the Republic of India and the Czech Republic. 

Ambassador Miloslav Stašek left Delhi with his family on Saturday August 15, 2015, back to the Czech Republic. He is returning to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic where he has been appointed Director of Department of Economic Diplomacy.

Embassy of the Czech Republic in New Delhi has seen several staff changes recently. Deputy Head of Mission Ms Andrea Kučerová has been replaced by Mr. Roman Masařík. Head of Economic Section Mr. Jiří Janíček has been replaced by Mr. Milan Touš as the new Commercial Counsellor and previous Head of Finance and Administration Mr. Jan Bednařík has been replaced by Mr. Pavel Vašina.  Furthermore, director of the CzechTrade office in Mumbai Mr. Ivan Kameník has currently been replaced by Mr. Tomáš Rousek.

Newly appointed Ambassador of the Czech Republic to India H.E. Mr. Milan Hovorka is assumed his duties as the new Head of Mission on September 1, 2015.
