The musical side was taken care of by the Karlovy Vary Symphony Orchestra conducted by Debashish Chaudhuri, an Indian conductor living in Prague.

The project symbolically merged the Czech orchestra with the Indian conductor, as well as Czech and Indian music, and was visually complemented by engaging shots from various parts of the Czech Republic, Prague and Karlovy Vary.

The introductory word belonged to the host, the Czech Ambassador to India, H.E Mr.Milan Hovorka.

The reception also included a greeting from the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Tomáš Petříček.

Congratulations to conductor Debashish Chaudhuri.

Reactions after the broadcast are beyond expectations, thanks go to all those who participated in the project and helped to convey the message of friendship and encouragement at least in this way.

"I would like to thank the Karlovy Vary Symphony Orchestra very much for helping us to shape the main idea of the Virtual Reception, which was to convey a message of friendship and encouragement. Special thanks go to Maestro Debashish Chaudhuri. He is not only an excellent artist, but also a great person.

I am also very pleased that the program had a political dimension, which was ensured by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic Tomáš Petříček, thus reaffirming his personal commitment to the development of the Czech-Indian relationship. Last but not least, I would like to thank the CEO of Grand hotel Pupp, Jindřich Krausz, for providing the hotel with a recording space. The reactions of our Indian friends are amazing. It follows from them that the message fell on fertile ground. It was an honor for the whole team of the Embassy to support the beautiful city of Karlovy Vary in this way."

"We chose the repertoire very carefully to emphasize the decades of friendship between the two countries. After the concert aired, we received many thank-you e-mails and messages. It's such a bridge between the two cultures. It's about the nation's self-confidence, pride and success, but also about sadness. It reflects the time we live in. It's a great honor for me to share these values so uniquely to India."
