Participation at the Summit is another from the missions, that Czech Ambassador to India, H.E. Milan Hovorka, organizes to support economic diplomacy and the interests of Czech companies at regional level in India. The Czech Republic acts at this Summit as a partner country alongside the Netherlands, Japan and Finland.

It is also another mission from the Czech Republic over a short period of time, which the business people from the most populous federal state with a potential and consumer base of 200 million people, will be able to interact with. The potential of Uttar Pradesh draws the interest of Czech exporters, manufacturers and investors, as it represents India's 3rd largest economy and accounts for 8.5% of India's total gross domestic product.
Czech companies will be also able to introduce themselves during the national presentation block followed by B2B and B2G negotiations. The Embassy also provided audiovisual technology.

The summit will involve more than 5,000 delegates from expert background. At the same time, visitors will be able to meet Czech companies presenting their products at the pavilion of the Czech Republic, the space of which was also secured by the Embassy. Sector presentations are intended for Czech companies, which aim to address participants with a direct interest in their field of activity.
