The infoline is available every working day (excluding holidays) from 2 p.m. till 3 p.m. local time. The infoline is dedicated for answering general questions regarding the visa process. No questions regarding the current status of visa application are going to be answered by visa officers.

The citizens of the Czech Republic may reach the consular section outside the official working hours on this phone number (in emergency cases only). This phone line is available anytime in emergency cases, such as lost passports, accident, injury, etc.
Working Hours
Monday – Thursday:
8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. - submission of long term visa and residence permit applications (after previous booking of appointment only)
2 p.m. - 3 p.m. - submission of additional documents / documents for superlegalisation (after previous booking of appointment only)
3 p.m. - 4 p.m. - (submission of passport, passport/visa collection)
Friday:
9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. (appointments on the previous confirmation of the Embassy)
3:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. (submission of passport, passport/visa collection)
Holidays
The Consular Section is closed during national holidays of the Czech Republic. The opening hours of the consular section may also be limited due to Indian state holidays.
