Czech Government Program for India

The Czech Government Program for India (further on only referred to as „Program“) facilitates the submission of employee card applications for qualified Indian employees whose designated Czech employer has fulfilled the requirements of the Program. The Program presents an extension of the pilot project for qualified employees from Ukraine.

The government of the Czech Republic has set the annual quota for the Program of 500 employee card applications which will be evenly spread all over the year and will not be exceeded.

The applications of Czech employers interested in including particular employee card applicants into the Program will be evaluated by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic . There is no legal claim for being included in the  Program.

The further process corresponds with the regular employee card applications. There is a 60-day processing period once a complete application is submitted at the Embassy.

The applications will be accepted by the Embassy from Monday till Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. of the local time excluding holidays and prospectively according to the capacities of the Embassy. The applicant will be informed about the appointment by his employer.

The applicants do not contact the Embassy themselves in order of arranging an appointment.

The appointment dates and the sequence of applicants can not be changed for any reason.

An appointment date which has not been used, automatically exprires.
