• No applications can be accepted on a priority basis; the appointment system ensures fair and equal access for all applicants.
• The appointment system operates on the “first come, first served” basis by date and time of receipt of your email. This eliminates the possibility of tampering with registration requests. The system is administered and monitored by the Visa Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic.
• You are strongly advised not to accept any offers from agents offering “guaranteed” or “priority” booking services. In case of an attempt to tamper with the system, your request will be automatically cancelled.
• To ensure functionality of the system for all applicants, attempts to use software tools to send registrations in bulk may be evaluated as spam by the antispam security of the mzv.cz domain. As a result, such registrations will be disregarded.

Please note that there is no legal entitlement to a visa. The visa procedure is subject to the applicable regulations of the Czech Republic and the EU relating to migration. 

Due to high demand and due to the limited capacity of the Consular Section of the Embassy , it is not possible to satisfy request of all applicants for personal submission of long-term visa/residence permit application.

If your request for an appointment could not be processed due to above mentioned reasons, please follow the instructions available at the Embassy’s website to make a new request for an appointment slot.
