Reliable Partner Program

The Reliable Partner Program introduces a new procedure for obtaining Schengen visas for applicants who frequently travel to the Czech Republic for the purpose of business or official visits and whose short-term stay is in the foreign policy, economic or other interest of the Czech Republic.

The Reliable Partner Program is open to Indian private and public companies and organizations as well as representatives of Indian authorities travelling to the Czech Republic for further specified purposes.

How to enroll?

The request has to be submitted by a Czech partner of the institution or the company based in India via email: newdelhi.partners@mzv.gov.cz.

In case the request is submitted by the Indian partner company, the Czech Embassy in New Delhi reserves the right to disregard such request.

It is the Czech representation alone that determines whether a company or organization is qualified.

To guarantee smooth processing of visa applications, Czech Embassy in New Delhi asks the applicants, enrolled into the program, to submit their applications at least 15 days before the applicant's planned trip to the Czech Republic.

The application has to be launched in one of the VFS Global visa centers according to the applicant's choice. The requirements for Schengen visa documentation remain unchanged.

Please note, that in case you are not included in the Reliable Partner Program you are still eligible for applying for and obtaining a Schengen visa following standard visa application procedures.

Who can be enrolled?

Trusted Partners who qualify for this program are:

  1. Employees/representatives of Indian subjects representing Czech companies and joint ventures of Czech and Indian companies, for instance

               - An Indian company in joint venture with a Czech company, whose employees frequently visit the Czech Republic

         2. Representatives of Indian authorities (not private companies) travelling to the Czech Republic for audit or inspection purposes

Czech company expecting an inspection trip will send a formal invitation and a request for a visa appointment date to newdelhi.partners@mzv.gov.cz. The invitation has to contain the applicant's name, contact information (email), location of the preferred VFS Global visa center, purpose of the planned trip and its date.
