"The Painted Bird" Movie India's Premiere

A screening of the new Czech movie "The Painted Bird" (Nabarvene ptace) took place at the cinema hall Nandan-I (Acharya Jagadish Chandra Bose Road and Cathedral Road junction) in Kolkata on Saturday, November 9th, 2019 at 3:00 pm.
The screening was part of the 25th Kolkata International Film Festival held from November 8th to 15th, 2019. The movie was included into the competition section Innovation in Moving Images.

The world premiere took place at the 76th Venice International Film Festival 2019. It was awarded for the best camera at The Chicago International Film Festival 2019.
