Mr. Utsav Parekh - Honorary Consul of the Czech Republic in Kolkata (India)

Utsav Parekh was born in 1956, is married and has two children. He earned a bachelor's degree in Commerce with specialization in Banking and Financial Accounting from the University of Calcutta. Now he is a Promoter Director of a corporate company called Artevea Digital U. K Plc. based in Cambridge in the United Kingdom and is dealing with all the top business houses, namely the Birlas, bangurs or Goenkas.
Utsav Parekh is also the director of many large companies in India such as The Sirpur Paper Mills Limited, Xpro (India) Limited, McNally Bharat Engineering Co. Limited, Cable Corporation of India Limited and McLeod Russel India Limited. In addition to this, Mr Parekh is a member of the Indian Chamber of Commerce and some social clubs of Calcutta.
Utsav Parekh contributes to the development of mutual economical and cultural relations. In 2016 and then again in 2018 he organized the concert of the Bohuslav Martinů Philharmonic Orchestra of Zlín in Calcutta in the cooperation with the embassy in Dehli, which were both welcome with unprecedented enthusiasm by the Indian audience.
