The citizens of Ukraine can renounce the temporary protection as follows:

1. Personal submission - The applicant must appear at the Embassy in person (in the case of minor children a legal guardian is sufficient)
2. Sending by post - In this case, the signature on the form must be officially certified

It is necessary to submit:

1. 2 pcs of signed Form (to get a Form please write an e-mail on nicosia@embassy.mzv.cz)
2. ID of the applicant
