You can submit short-term visa applications to the Embassy of the Slovak Republic in Nicosia, which is representing the Czech Republic in the Republic of Cyprus.

Applications for long-term visas, residence permits, and employment cards may be submitted by Cypriot citizens and foreigners residing in the territory of Cyprus at the Consulate General of the Czech Republic in Dresden (as of May 2nd 2023). For more information please contact visa_dresden@mzv.cz.

The Czech Republic continues to accept a limited scope of visa applications from citizens of Russia and Belarus. The measure, issued by Government Resolution No. 529, supported by Law No. 175/2022 Coll. of 1 July 2022, is enforced until further notice.

The Government of the Czech Republic has decided to cease issuing visas and residence permits to citizens of Russia and Belarus in reaction to the Russian military aggression with the support of Belarus on the territory of Ukraine.
