During the courtesy visit, both participants appreciated the excellent cooperation between Norway and the Czech Republic and noted excellent relations of both states at parliamentary level as well.

In the course of the talk, both Ambassador Knot and Speaker Trøen, agreed on the need to explain to young people the importance of democracy and fundamental rights and freedoms as well as their importance to contemporary society.
