Mr. Miloš Zeman was re-elected as the President of the Czech Republic

In the Czech presidential election, that took place in a two-round system on January 12 - 13 and on January 26 - 27, 2018, Mr. Miloš Zeman has gained victory.
Current President of the Czech Republic Mr. Miloš Zeman defended successfully his position winning over Mr. Jiří Drahoš in a ratio of 51.36% : 48.63% in the second round of the election. Electoral participation was 66.6% in the 2nd round of the election.
