Thanks to the cooperation of the Delegation of the European Union, the Embassies of EU Member States, incl. the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Ottawa, the Canadian Film Institute, the European Union National Institutes for Culture (EUNIC) and the Film and TV School of Academy of Performing Arts in Prague – FAMU you can enjoy a wonderful film collection of 22 European short films.

The Czech Republic is represented by Daria Kashcheeva's original and impressive 15 min. long film Dcera / Daughter.

Ms. Kashcheeva studies animated film at FAMU in Prague and this particular film was one of nominees for Oscars 2020. It also took part at many other international festivals. The topic is about a relationship between Father and Daughter.
