The aim of this program is to support the improvement of the quality of education and academic activities at universities in priority partner countries through sending Czech teachers and support mutual cooperation and partnership between universities.

So far, the Czech Republic supported several projects within this program in Cambodia and helped to establish very good relations especially with the Royal University of Agriculture in Phnom Penh.
