The "City for All" conference is part of a project to support the development of spacial planning with respect to human rights. The project is financially supported by the Czech Development Agency and the EU and is implemented by a branch of PIN in Cambodia.

The conference was attended by more than 200 international participants in plenary, as well as in the structure of seminars on urbanization, the environment, sustainability and resilience of cities, housing and its accessibility, cities and children, cities and disabilities, urban agriculture,
