A wonderful selection of clothing was prepared for South Africa by alešbáry. (facebook.com/alesbary, www.alesbary.cz).

Designers Barbora Šeligová and Aleš Šeliga drew inspiration from folk tradition costumes. Traditional clothing costume elements are intertwined with the latest developments in the world of design and are also designed for practical and comfortable wearing. The family roots of this studio from Brno date back to the First Republic. Accessories for the clothing were provided by "Vladímír Procházka - Carbon luggage" (www.vladimirprochazka.com)

The event drew great interest from compatriots and colleagues from the diplomatic community alike. Guests were intrigued by the innovative cultural event and were also very impressed by the successful models.

The models in the show were from the Czech expatriate community. The Czech Embassy is very grateful to these models for their professional demeanor.
