In case that you submit your application for schengen visa to above mentioned office please be aware that whole visa procedure is governed by the law of representing state (including the appeal procudure).

In case of visa application of EU family members can occur the situation that visa is refused under the different policy of the representing state because of different national application of Directive  EP a Council No. 2004/38/ES.
