Head of the Czech Embassy met the commanders of the Czech unit in KFOR

On the occasion of the regular rotation of members of the Czech unit operating in the NATO multinational peacekeeping operation in Kosovo (KFOR) Head of the Czech Embassy in Pristina Pavel Bílek met on 27 July with outgoing commander Lt. Col. Jakub Hrdina and the new unit commander Major Libor Lušovský.

Pavel Bílek thanked Lieutenant Colonel Jakub Hrdina for excellent cooperation with the Czech Embassy. At the same time, he thanked all members of the Czech unit for the outstanding representation of the Czech Republic in the performance of tasks within KFOR even in the current extraordinary conditions of the coronavirus pandemic. Head of the Czech Embassy wished the incoming commander Major Libor Lušovský and all members of his unit much success in fulfilling demanding tasks within KFOR.

The Czech soldiers are serving at KFOR HQ in Pristina as the Czech Armed Forces KFOR Task Force.
