Prime Minister Isa Mustafa and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Hashim Thaçi welcomed the quests and handed over the awards to the winners of the photo competition.

Petrit Selimi, Deputy Foreign Minister described the idea of creating #InstaKosovo as an alternative diplomatic space and effective tool on the social networks: “Kosovo is young. A young country by the date of birth … This also reflects our diplomacy. Gone are the days when the elderly ambassadors whispered secret messages to other ambassadors and messages became concrete plans in conferences organized in beautiful medieval palaces in the outskirts of imperial cities. New challenges of being recognized and acknowledged in the era of social networks require far greater bandwidth and far greater footprint of our messages and our plans.”
