On the agenda were negotiations with Czech companies and representatives of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic on business cooperation. The event focused on the area of urban development and so called Smart Cities. The mayors took part in the EU - Western Balkans Smart Cities Conference organized in Prague within the framework of the Czech Presidency of the Council of the EU. The Kosovo delegation had the opportunity to negotiate with Czech innovative companies in the field of urban development, to visit the production of bus manufacturer SOR Libchavy and to negotiate with a representative of Škoda Transportation Company. Representatives of Kosovo cities also received information about the latest solutions in the field of intelligent urban transport, smart parking systems and modern solutions to improve the environment in the cities. The mission created excellent conditions for further development of mutual cooperation between the Czech Republic and Kosovo.
