Practice of the Czech Police in the Field of Dactyloscopy of Foreigners

On Friday, October 25, 2019, a delegation of Czech policemen returned from Kosovo, led by Col. Ing. Milena Křivánková Beranová and completed a four-year project entitled “Practice of the Police of the Czech Republic in the Field of Dactyloscopy of Foreigners” implemented within the Security Development Cooperation Program.

In October 2019, the Directorate of the Alien Police Service implemented a project of the program “Security Development Cooperation”. On Friday, October 25, 2019, a delegation of Czech policemen returned from Kosovo, led by Col. Ing. Milena Křivánková Beranová and completed a four-year project entitled “Practice of the Police of the Czech Republic in the Field of Dactyloscopy of Foreigners” implemented within the Security Development Cooperation Program.  

The project was a response to the migration events that affected the Czech Republic in 2015 and aimed at sharing experience and so-called good practice in the field of identification with the countries of the Western Balkans, Moldova and Ukraine. During 2016 - 2019 police cooperation was established with the Western Balkan countries, including Kosovo.
