Statement by the Head of EU Office/EUSR and Heads of EU Missions in Kosovo

Following the decision of the Constitutional Court, as a key principle of rule of law we call on all Kosovo political actors to implement it.

 It is now up to the Assembly to carry out the necessary constitutional steps, in line with the Court's decision.

The EU calls on all political leaders to refrain from inflammatory language and to express their dissent exclusively in a peaceful and democratic manner.
