The Head of the Czech Embassy, the Defence Attaché and the Czech KFOR contingent paid a tribute to deceased Czech soldiers

The Head of the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Pristina, Pavel Bílek, the Defence Attaché, Col. Radim Jonáš and the Commander of the Czech contingent in KFOR, Lt.Col. Jiří Jindra, together with the members of the Czech contingent in KFOR, honoured the memory of two tragically deceased Czech soldiers - members of the 1st Czech and Slovak KFOR Battalion Staff Sergeant Luděk Severa and Superintendent Vlastislav Hendrich who died on September 14, 2002 in an accident of an armoured personnel vehicle.
The act of reverence took place at a memorial remembering this tragic event near the former KFOR base in Šajkovac.
