EULEX – „Jurisprudence Digest“ on Privatization

On May 31, 2016, within the framework of the EULEX mission project, members of the appellate panel of the Special Chamber of the Supreme Court on Privatization Agency chaired by Czech judge of EULEX  Ondrej Pridal issued a publication „Jurisprudence Digest“. The publication contains most important decisions of the Special Chamber that is functioning within the Supreme Court since June 2003. The project is unique due to the fact that based on the successful cooperation between Kosovo and EULEX judges it enabled database creation of concrete cases, decisions and standpoints, which increased the predictability of future court decisions.
