Deputy minister Demaj met with deputy minister Martin Tlapa as well. Deputy minister Dürr emphasized continuous interest of the Czech Republic in the region of Western Balkans which is a priority of the Czech foreign policy for many years. Beside other things he appreciated cooperation in the fields of culture and education. This is the way how to achieve concrete and practical results in getting to know more about each other. The priority number one is cooperation on Kosovo’s path to the EU. Deputy minister Dürr reaffirmed continuous support of the Czech Republic to the visa liberalization. Consultations with deputy minister Tlapa focused primarily on the topics of economic diplomacy, Czech development cooperation in Kosovo and potential for further cooperation.
