Advocacy for the Law on Blind people - Project from "Transition" programme in Kosovo in 2019

On March 12, 2019 the Head of the Czech Embassy in Pristina, Mr. Pavel Bílek, signed a contract on local small scale “Transition” project with representative of „Kosovo Association of Blind“ NGO.
The project called “ Advocacy for the drafting of sub-legal acts, with relevant ministries for the implementation of the Law on Blind people in the Republic of Kosovo ” aims to improve the living conditions of people with visual impairments living in Kosovo. The project is financed from the Czech Ministry of Foreign Affairs funds allocated for Czech tranformation assistance. In 2019, the Czech Republic carries out a total of two local small scale projects in Kosovo worth a total of approximately € 10,000.
