The Czech Republic recognizes the vaccination certificate issued in Kosovo

The Czech Republic recognizes vaccination certificates issued in Kosovo and submitted by travelers arriving to Czechia from Kosovo. The certificate must comply with the following form: https://koronavirus.mzcr.cz/wp-content/uploads/2021/08/Kosovo_ockovaci_certifikat-Kosovo_vaccination_certificate.pdf

Certificate validity conditions:
- at least 14 days have elapsed after full completion of vaccination
- vaccination was carried out with a vaccine authorized by the European Medicines Agency: Vaxzevria (AstraZeneca), Spikevax (Moderna), Comirnaty (Pfizer / BioNTech) and Janssen
- or with a vaccine manufactured in accordance with a patent of the above vaccines approved by the World Health Organization for emergency use.
