Appointment for consular requests (such as superlegalisation, authentication of signature etc.) is needed in advance via Office's phone or e-mail.

 

Visa applications are no longer accepted at the Representative Office. Applicants from the West Bank can lodge their applications at VFS/Aramex office and the applications are processed via the Czech Embassy in Amman. Applicants from the Gaza Strip can lodge their applications at the Czech Embassy in Cairo. Czech Embassy in Tel Aviv directly accepts applications from residents of East Jerusalem who are holders of travel documents issued by Israel.

Please note that Jordanian T passports are recognized by the Czech Republic only if they are machine readable.
