The Franciscan Sisters School in Jericho was established in 1932 and today it is attended by approximately 600 students. The aim of the Czech development project is the purchase of new electronic equipment for better IT education of the children and renovation of furniture.

The Franciscan Sisters School in Jericho is the only school in Palestine that participates in the International Children's Exhibition of Fine Arts Lidice 2018. During the visit to the school, the Head of the Representative Office met with the students who submit their works to the competition. The main theme of this year's exhibition is "Water", which is a very relevant subject for Palestine.
