The Representative Office of the Czech Republic in SA took part in the traditional spring event at the AISJ School in Jerusalem on 12 April 2019. Apart from the Czech Republic more than twenty other countries from around the world were represented and presented a selection of delicious foods and treats from their lands. Visitors to the Czech stand tasted homemade traditional potato salad, schnitzel, salty and sweet pastries and various kinds of mouthwatering and tempting sweets. In the competition between the many other tasty dishes, Czech cuisine celebrated success. Several hundred guests to the event praised the beautifully prepared Czech delicacies and were also interested in hearing about destinations in the Czech Republic. CzechTourism Agency materials were used to promote the Czech Republic as an outstanding tourist destination that that should be on everyone's bucket list of places to see.
