Czech POINT services at the Consular section of the CZ Embassy in Riga

The Czech Submission Verification Information National Terminal (Czech POINT) provides the public with extracts from public administration information systems or basic registers, enables submissions to the state administration, accepts requests for the establishment and management of a data box, converts documents in paper form into electronic form contained in a data message or data file and vice versa. Some Czech POINT services can be accessed at the Consular section of the Czech Embassy in Riga.

A list and description of particular services provided by Czech POINT can be found on the website of the Ministry of the Interior https://www.czechpoint.cz/public/verejnost/sluzby/. Czech POINT offices abroad do not accept applications for a one-off allowance per child.

In order to submit an application for Czech POINT services at the Consulate, it is necessary to make an appointment in compliance with the procedure applicable to other consular and notarial acts provided by the embassy's consular section, which is accessible here (https://www.mzv.cz/riga/en/consular_information/index.html).

The amount of fees for acts performed in the Czech POINT application is determined by the Tariff of Consular Fees. The fee is paid when submitting the application in cash in EUR or by credit card (the fee is charged in CZK). The statements that you get at Czech POINT contact points are primarily intended for use on the territory of the Czech Republic, except for outputs with a multilingual appendix for EU countries. The use of documents abroad is governed by different rules, and in case you require so-called superlegalization or apostillization for your document, it is necessary to apply for the document in a different way than through the Czech POINT.
