The group was presented by Latvian parlamentaries Aldis Adamovičs, Vitālijs Orlovs and Guntis Kalniņš.

At the meeting there were discussed the possibilities of cooperation in joint projects of cultural and economic fields. Latvian deputies expressed their interest in the exchange of experiences in cultural, educational, economic and political spheres and in the reforms of local governments.
