Ambassador Ladislav Babčan summarized the results of the Slovak V4 presidency and the activities of the V4 embassies in Latvia over the past year within the Slovak Presidency. The Ambassador of the Czech Republic briefly described the future priorities of the Czech Presidency and reminded about the traditional cooperation of V4 embassies in Latvia, i.e.organizing of joint and social events, such as the V4 Film Festival, animated V4 children's films festival, the V4 joint stand at the Riga tourism fair Balttour and V4 embassies cooperation in Charity Christmas Bazaar.

The informal glass-of-wine event was attended by ambassadors residing in Riga, representatives of the diplomatic corps and representatives of the Latvian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Defense and Latvian Parliament.

The event was conceived by the Czech and Slovak embassies as an invitation to the evening concert of the Prague string quartet Époque Quartet, who played two pieces during this event. The Czech ambassador invited the guests to the evening concert of the quartet in the Spikeri Concert Hall.
