On a stand that was organized for the V4 countries (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Poland) by the governmental agency CzechTourism in cooperation with the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Latvia the Czech Republic was presented as a destination for holiday of all kinds – history, culture or active leisure. The main partners were Pilsen region (www.turistraj.cz) and North Moravia and Silesia Region (www.mstourism.cz).

On the occasion of the Balttour 2020 fair Ms Ivana Bartošová, the Deputy Governor of the Pilsen Region responsible for the areas of education, regional development and tourism, visited Latvia. During her meeting with Ambassador of the Czech Republic to Latvia Ms Jana Hynková there were discussed several possibilities of cooperation in the field of culture, business and education.
