The Saudi political scene was represented by H.R.H. Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Governor of Riyadh. Most of the heads of missions, accredited in Riyadh took part at this reception, too. The reception was also attended by number of important entrepreneurs, sponsors and businessmen. The Czech-Saudi ties were also pointed out by attendance of Mr. Hussein Shobokshi, Honorary Consul of the Czech Republic in Jeddah.

The success of the reception was also based on detailed preparation of the refreshment. There were tables set by national meals prepared by two Czech chefs, who came from the Czech Republic. The Czech meals were lauded by all the guests, if European or Arabic or from other different regions of the world. The magic of Czech dumplings was irresistible.

On October 30, 2015 the Embassy organized together with the Czech chefs and the hotel Marriott Courtyard very successful evening of Czech cuisine.
